By placing an order through Lights Union you are agreeing to the terms below.

We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to United States country.

A. 30-day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

B. Return Process

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return label to send the product back to our offices as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The inspection could take around 1-7 business days. After that, you’ll receive a new product. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount. If items are sent back to us without first requesting, the return will not be accepted.

For defective products, return shipping is free. This means your shipping fee is USD 0.00 and the re-stocking fee is USD 0.00.

For Your Responsibility (Customer Remorse):

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item you purchased by mistake no longer needs or if you received the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For customer remorse products, you are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. The re-stocking fee is USD 0.00.

E. Exchanges

G. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
